CHAINED TO BED BY BACKACHE

Now Thanks to Kruschen -Not a Trace of Pain

This woman's life was mode a misery by the naggink pains of backachic. Then her father, who had proved the value of Kruschen himself, advised her to try it. She did, and here is her grateful letter:-- "For years I have been suffering with pains in the back. At Uimes I hind to stay in bed for days, I could not walk, or even stand. My father was using Kruschen Salts for the same thing. lle, too, used to suffer badly, and Krusetien saved him. He advised me to try it. I did so, and did not get pain for three years. 1 then neglected my daily dose for about six months, and two months ago the pain returned. I tried an- other remedy-t failed, so I again started Kruschen. Now I have not a trace of pain, thanks to Kruschen."

(Mrs.) H.R.

Pains in the back are usually due to poisons in the blood-waste pro- ducts which tired kidneys are failing to Olter from the system. The six salis in Kruschen coax your kidneys back to healthy, normal action, so that not a particle of poisonous waste matter remalna unexpelled.

RACE FOR ILLINGWORTH CUP TO-DAY

The annual race for the "Illing- worth" Cup is set for to-day, and it is anticipated that the following will bout the starting line at

p.m.: Norena, La Cigale, Wanderer; U. and 1. (under her new owner, John Coils), Punal, Tyrone, Sailong, Culty, Curlew, Typhoon, Marander, Yan- they, Tai Wan Shan, Highwaymon. and Azuma.

The Inst hopes to retain the trophy which she won last year.

The race owes its Inception to the enthusiasm of Comdr. (E) Illing- worth, R.N., who was on the China Station in 1030 and raced Queen Bee very keenly to win the Cruiser Cham- plonship In that year. He considered that the Cruiser racing was restricted ico much to confined waters, and to encourage competition in open waters donated the trophy to be competed for annually over a course which must exceed 50 miles in length and which must be sufled, in part, during the hours of darkness.

The courses that have been set so for have been varied; taking com- petitors in different years to Single Island in the North, to Ling Ting in the South, and Tong Ku in the west, whilst that laid out for to-day calls for Cheung Chau to bo

miles. With such it may

well happen that a competitor might make his "long leg" from

Ling

Ting towards Waglan almost as far as the Lenimas before "looking up for the latter, and whilst this would give him some shelter in an easterly wind he won't be able to avoid a bit of a welling when he comes clear of them.
