Former Lieutenant Of Mahatma Gandhi

New Dichi, Nov. 27. The death has occurred of Shau- former kat All. Moslem leader, Ileutenant of Gandhi and prominent leader of the non-co-operation move- ment some years ago.-Reuter.

Shaukat All, Indian Moslem leader well- and brother of the equally known Mohamed All, was born about 1872 and educated at Kampur State School and Aligarh College where he was captain of the cricket eleven. For 15 years he was un official In the Government Oplum Department.
