A JOINT FRANCO-BRITISH communique states that the visit to Paris of Mr. Neville Chamberlain and Viscount Halifax gave the French Ministers an opportunity to exchange views with their British colleagues concerning the principal questions of common interest,. including those concerning national defence, as well as diplomatic action.
