BERLIN, Nov. 14. THE JEWISH cultural organisation in Germany, known as the Reichs Federation of Jewish Cultural Associations, which has existed in its present form since 1934 was allowed to resume its normal activities to-day.

All Jewish enterprises which are members of the Reichs Federations are likewise permitted to resume their activities in the cultural sphere.
