Holding that the case did not fall with the provisions of the Separations and Maintenance Ordinance Mr. H. R. Butters at the Central Magistracy this morning dismissed a summons brought by Leung Sau-ying against her husband, Yeung Shiu-yick, alloging persistant cruelty between November 11 last year and June 15 this year. His Worship described the matter as one of grent public importance to the Chinese community.
