With the same lack of emotion which has charac- terised her attitude during her three previous appear- ances, 39-years-old Mrs. Elsie Rose Newlands listen- ed recently at the Mansion House Police Court while a witness affirmed that ahe had given a blood trans- fusion to the dying husband whom she is accused, with 29-years-old Horace Budd, of poisoning.
