EVIDENCE of a lively brawl involving a warship's blacksmith and an indepen- dent public car driver, which occurred near the Star Ferry in the early hours of Sunday morning, was heard by Mr. E. Himsworth at the Kowloon Magistracy this morning.

The driver, Lam Foon, 30, was charged with assaulting the blackamith, G.. W. B. Dickenson, of H.M.S.
