One patient was killed and 15 were injured when this Pan American Airways plane crashed into the top of a hospital building in Itzualngo, suburb of Boerios Aires, Argentina. Eight phasengers and five crew members escaped with minor injuries. Flano-had Just taken off for lo de Janeiro when one of the motors falled, and plans dived for the hospital.
