The Supreme Court to-day grant- ed the Government's petition for a review of the Fifth Court decision I which holds that membership of the Communist Party is not alone sum- clent grounds for deporting an allen. The Court also rendered a habcas decision releasing Joseph corpus Streker, who was threatened with deportation on the basis that he nd- milted membership of the Communist Porty.
