The following Rules will govern the Competition;
1The Competition is confined ex- clusivaly Lo Dmisleur photo- graphers.
2-No employes or member of any firm in the photographic trade is permitted to compete.
3.The prizes will be awarded to the competitors sending in. what are adjudged to be the best photo. Traph in each section. Each entry must be accompanied by an entry form which will be published during the period of the Competi tion, and which must be pasted on back of entry.
5-All photographs, entered must have been taken in the Colony of Hongkong. Photographs which ... have been already entered in olher Competitions are ineligible. 6-No responsibility will be accepted for non-delivery of, loss of, or damage to entries.
