SECRET ARSENAL Bigger Than Hyde Park

I AM the first newspaper- man to pass through the closely-guarded gates behind which, over an area bigger than Hyde Park, the world's greatest arsenal is being rushed up, near Chorley.

In the national interest I cannot reveal the secrets behind the 600 buildings and 40 miles of roadway which the public will never sec, and which it will bo almost impossible to locate from the air.
