The following Rules will govern the B-Pictures submitted in sepia tones
Competition:
1.-The Competition is confined exclusive
ly to amateur photographers, -No employee or member of any firm in the photographie trade is permitted
to compete.
3The prizes will be awarded to the competitors sending in what are adjudged to be the best photograph In each Section. Each entry must Accompanied by an entry form which will be published during the period of the Competition, and which mtist be pasted on back of entry. All photographe entered must have been taken in the Colony of Hong- Kong Photographs which have been already entered in other Competitions are ineligible.
