The plans were drawn by the Personalities of Old Hongkong

Army general staff and are based on years of study of war- time strategy, particularly that the United developed after States was drawn into the World War. Specific details are being guarded carefully to pre- vent "leaks" to foreign powers.

The programme embraces 10,000 Industrial lants which have secre

While these recruits ure being en- listed the War Department would and thrust 300,000 regular army reserve forces into the field as shock troops. Further calls on both units can increase the total to 800,000 in 30 days, and, with the new recruits, to 1,230,000 within four months.
