THEN Parliament reopens the anxiety of the country regarding Britain's air pre- paredness will be reflected in an important debate, to which the Prime Ministor himself will reply.

It is already being stated, more or less officially, that the Prime Minister is ready with figures to demolish the critics, and that in case his figures fail to be completely impressive, it has been decided to re- gard any vote on the matter as a vote of censure on the Government.

This would mean, of course, the resignation of the Government if the vote were carried. In the circumstances the defeat of the Government is extremely unlikely.

But, although the critics may not be prepared to push their case to the extent of voting against the Government, there is nevertheless a widespread and growing dissatisfac- tion with many things concerning the air arming of Britain. And the anxiety goes even civil market with such success that further.
