GOVERNOR INVESTS ST. JOHN AMBULANCE HEAD WITH ORDER

Headed by His Excellency the Governor, Sir Geoffry Northcote, a gathering of over 500 people attended the annual ball of the St. John Ambulance Association and Brigade at the Hongkong Hotel last night, when the occasion was also taken to invest Mr. A. Morris, Commissioner, with the Insignia of a Commander of the Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem.
