Says Konoye
Tokyo, Jan. 10. Prince Konoye, Prime Minister of Jupan, in an interview yesterday with Japanese reporters sald that Japan would not deal with Nonking as a party to projected talks for the read- Justment of mutual relations between China and Japan. However Japan would deal with Peiping.
