In many ways the racing season recently concluded is en- titled to be remembered as having been a good deal more satis- factory than some of its predecessors, writes "Hotspur" in the Daily Telegraph.

The growing popularity of the sport has been proved by increased attendances all over the country, and in a number of cases rececourse executives have improved the accommodation provided for the general public.
