The naval section of the Imperial Headquarters has issued a statement on the circumstances in connection with the incidents in which the US.S.

The Japanese planes bombed large steamers, while the three ves- sels resembling gunboats were fired on The British Naval authorities on the same night received informa- tlon that the vessels attacked were HMS.
