HY? How? When?, Where? Motorist and would-be motor- ist renders ask us thousands of questions in the course of a year.

Every day we are asked to advise on the purchase of a car, settle arguments as to the merits of different makes, probe licence dimculties, advise on the repair and maintenance of cars and motor-cycles—every imaginable question.

Most of the questions wo are asked are sensible-the motorist to-day is a highly intelligent being, and pseudo-technical stuff docan't put him off.
