DECISIVE POLICY PROPOSED

To Protect British

Interests In S'hai And H.K.

London, Dec. 5. As a result of the developments in Shanghai during the last two days, it is reported that the British Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, is "decisive preparing a statement of policy" to protect British interests in Shanghai and Hongkong. The state- ment will be submitted to a Cabinet meeting next week. It is understood that the statement was requested nfter the Premier's consultation with

Hankow, Dec. 3 (5.20 p.m.). Two Japanese bombers and two Oghters dropped 12 bombs at Wuhu scored a at 11 am. to-day.
