Prostitutes pace the streets where the mangled corpses of bomb victims were only recently swept away. Joy riders tratie on roads where screech their way tragedy.

Not all those who frequent the cabarets, movies and other haunts of pleasure are callous to the misery ani suffering on every hand, and bent on their own selfish enjoyment.
