TOMMY FARR'S affidavit dealing with incidents during his world title fight in Now York with Joe Louis was road in the Chan- cory Division of the Law Courts recently.

Mr. Andrew Clark, for Mr. Ted Broadribb, boxing manager, applied for an interim injunction to restrain Farr from taking part in a boxing exhibition at Bir- mingham recently, or from "otherwise exercising his talent" without Mr. Broadribb's consent pending the hearing of a High Court action.
