SOVIET'S £10,000,000 NAVAL ORDER Purchases In America

New York, Oct. 9.

The Soviet Government, according to the New York Herald-Tribeme, has authorised its commercial agents to purchase as much as fifty million dollars (£10,000,000) worth of naval equipment for despatch to Russin soon as possible.

Orders are to include pre-fabricat- ed parts for battleships and other Aghting craft, such as turrels, arm- machinery, our plate, propelling boilers, engines, and some 1 Inch naval guns.
