YOUNG BULLY CHARGED WARNED OF FUTURE BEHAVIOUR

Described by the police as a young 17-year-old Wong Fat, bully, youth, appeared before Mr. W. Schofield at the Central Magistracy morning, charged with assaulting this Li Kwok-yau, aged 13, at the Praya in Saiwanho, yesterday.
