against them and Wong, as executor of the bond, was entled upon by the Registrar Newspapers for payment, the defen- dants, with the exception of Lam, who was the printer, having disap- peared. Wong, thereupon, brought a claim for the amount against Lam, and was given judgment.
Mr. Peter H. Sin appeared for Lam, and Wong was represented by Mr. W. A. Mackinlay, of Deacons.
