2 ROUTES TO BE USED
New York, Apr. 30. The operation of a 24-hour trans-Atlantic airmail and passen. ger service between London and [New York, on a schedule of four round trips weekly beginning next November, is provided for by the Treasury-Post Office Supply Bill approved by the Appropriations Subcommittee of the House of Representatives.
The project, according to Representative Louis A. Ludlow, Democrat, of Indiana, Chairman. [of the ́Appropriations Subcom. mittce, will be operated jointly by Great Britain and the United States, and costs and expenses shared equally.
TWO ROUTES
The present plan, said Mr. Ludlow, is to operate two routes, a northern route from New York to London by way of Shediac, Nova Scolla, and Ireland, a distance of 3.418 miles, and a southern route by way of Bermuda, distance of 4,000 miles.
