There is a suggestion in Washington that President F. D. Roosevelt may sook to extend. the pan-American peace scheme farther afield, by way of Canada. It is believed he will discuss with the Canadian Governor-General, Lord Tweedsmuir, the Buenos Aires pact and the coming In- perial Conference.
