A fight in Ship Street, culminating in the death of a paint-seruper em- ployed at the Royal Naval Yard, was described at the Criminal Sos sions this morning, when Won Chuen, 21, was charged with the manslaughter of a man named Ah Hung.

Accused, it will be remembered, pleaded guilty when he was origin- ally brought up yesterday, but his plen was not accepted by the Chief Justice, Sir Atholl MacGregor, who ordered that he be tried.
