Opium Found On Wing Wah

Discovered in a watertight com-

2,500 partment in the main hold, tnels of opium were seized aboard the 13. Wing Wah on Wednesday night. The seizure was made by Revenue Ofeer W. Ahern during a search of the ship at the Sal Kong wharf, Connaught Read west.

No arrests were made.

MURDER CHARGE

TWO MEN APPEAR

IN DOCK

Another charge of murder Wis preferred at the Kowloon Magistracy this turning when two scaitolding bulldera, Tang Fu, 53, and Chan Kul, 23, were accused of killing a man named Li Cheung on a hillside above Anderson Road on or about Decem- ber 24.

The body of the allegedly murder- ed man was only found a short time ago, in a state of advanced accom- poslilon.

At the request of Inspector F. T. J. Portallion, the accused were remand- ed for one week by Mr, Barselt,
