team to opposo the Shanghai Interport XI on Saturday, Febru ory 13, comes the statement that both Kowloon Chinese F.C. and Eastern F.C. have applied for affiliation to the Hongkong Chinese Amateur Athletic Federation, the only organised body among local Chinese football clubs.
It is stated that the application have been warmly welcomed and the two clubs will be admitted to membership in due course.
In the meantime three Eastern F.C. players and three Kowloon Chinese players are included in the Federation eleven to play Shanghal. The remaining five players are drawn from South China ÂA. and Chinese Athletle.
It is a useful looking team, though by no means the strongest the Federation.could turn out. However due regard has been paid to the fact that five Chinese players figure in the Colony Interport side, and none of these has been included in the Combined Chinese combination.
The team and reserves are as follows.

Their job is to dispose of a team which has creditable batsmen right down to No. 11. Baxter, Mulcahy, lung, Madar, Mackenzie, Burnett, Broadbridge and Baldwin are all "good" "for" ruis" against almost any second division attack, and because of this, one cannot help feeling that the most Police can hope for ia draw.
