London, Jan. 1. WHITE Russian General, once a trusted adminis- trator under the Tzar, is the inspiration of Ger. many's secret military plans for the eventuality of war with the U.S.S.R., details of which I am able to dis- close to-day, writes a London Sunday Chronicle re- presentative.

These plans, which contain a complete strategy for a Russian Icampaign, have been evolved by General Ludwig Bock, Germany's greatest military genius, in collaboration with General Skoro- patsky. last Governor-General of the Ukraine under the Tsarist regime.

Here is the complete scheme, both military and diplomatic. that Germany has prepared for a conflict with Russia.

It is one of the most daring and comprehensive plans for war that have ever been conceived, It has been evolved Jn the utmost secrecy.
