S. C. & F. Wall Street Journal morning comment: Brokerage opinion is bullish for 1037, but ex- tremely selective at present, with the markets probably full of Cross- currents, arising from year-end ad- justments Brokers report continued! switching from motor and chemical shares into utility and railroad- equipment securities. Bulls anti- cipate a further rise in merchandising shares before the end of the year.
