Relinquishing his post as Commandant of the Japanese Special Landing Party in Shanghai, Rear- Admiral Fifiro Kondo was paid the customary inilitary honours of a review of the armed forces of the various Powers stationed in Shanghal during a ceremony on the Bund foreshore.
