It was alleged that a girl aged seven, blind from birth, was given electrical treatment and a diet of grated carrots and black plums.

Mr. Davies said that the licence was held by Dr. Stavros Con- stantino Damoglou, and the massage establishment was at Park Square House, East, East Gate, Regent's Park.

In 1931 the Public Control Committee, at a special hearing, considered an application from Dr. Damoglou and a licence with certain conditions was granted. He was asked to withdraw cer tain pamphlets, one of which, Mr. Davies said, related to a "Mrs. C," and bore her photo graph.
