Mr. R. 1. Kotewall, the Hon. Dr. S. W. Tro, the Hon. Mr. T. N. Chau, the Hon. Mr. M. K. Lo, Sir. Hobert Ho Ting, Mr. Li Ynu-tsun. Mr. Ho Kom-long, and Mr. Li Sing- kiu (Chairman of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce).
