"Mr. Thomas, however, sald he knew I should soon see better.

"To my surprise, on reaching home? I found I could see the lights in a way I had not been able to for many years.

"The next morning I saw a copy of the Sunday Dispatch lying on the table. At one time I could just read the headlines, but of late I could burely do that.

"With trembling Ongers I took it up, wondering how much or how 11o I should be able to see now. Imagino my Joy when I found I could not only read the headlines but also the larger print. I jald the paper down, too happy to try to do more.

Dr. Roberts was said to have only taken drugs to relieve his pain.

Dr. Roberts driving Heence was suspended for 12 months, and he was ordered to pay the costa. On his undertaking to submit to treatment ordered by his medical adviser, no other penalty was imposed.
