A proposal to reduce the pavilion fund subscription from $15 to $5 in order to get new members to join the club was adopted at the annual general meeting of the Indian Re- creation Club which was held in the clubhouse yesterday evening with the President, Mr. A. el Arcult, in the chair, supported by the Hon.
