San Sebastian, Sept. 16. Interrupting the previously announced five-day period of rest, the insurgents under General Mola have opened a westward offensive, and are advancing sinultaneously with the inception of the coastal starvation blockade of Bilbao and Santander,

It is indicated whether this advaner is an isolateef movement or i whether the rest period hus-bein shortened.

Meanwhile, the insurgent Junta at Burgos hug issued a communique warning the world of its decision to blockade Santander at Bilbo, so that none can pretend ignorance in the event of an accident which the Junia would be Une frst tu deplore."
