Monday's meeting of the Hongkong Football Asso. ciation Council, with its perplexities, its cross-currente of opinion and its apparent misunderstandings suggests that some effort should be made to clear up the situation. Eliminating the many side-issues, which, unfortunately do nothing but tend to confuse the main question, Ure problem is simplicity itself, and can be described in a few words.
