If the weather clean up today anollier pence delegation with fufl authority of Marahal Chiang Kai- slick will fly to Nanning. The de legation, which may include General Wang Shao-hung, will discuss with Generals Li Chang-Jen and Pel Chung-haf settlement of the Kwangali situnden. If General Wang Shão- hung là unable to make the trip, then Mr. Fang Chuk-man (n Kwang si official and former Treasurer of the Kwangtung Provincial Govern- ment under the old regime of Mar. shal Li Chai-xuni) will go in his stend.

One of Marshal Chlang Kai-shek's foremost demands will be the im mediate departure from Kwangst of Generals Li Chung-len, Pei Chung- hal and Marshal Li' Chai-sum.

So far the Nanking Government has taken no step to declare war against the Kwangalites.

Kwangs! Resistance

Nanning, Aug, 18. Leading Kwangsi officers held a meeting last night til mid-night when an important decision was made for mobilising all able-bodied, women not excepted, to serve the Government.

It WOR also decided that from September all civil officials will re- gelvo no salary and only food will be supplied to their families by the Government.

These measures indiented armed resistance against the Central Gov- ernment.--Wah Ki Yat Po.

A vernacular Chinese newspaper to-day carries the report that Kwang- s leaders have effected an alliance with Soviet Russia.

Canton, Aug. 18. Reports from southern Kwangtung and Yamchow and Limehow say that conditions there are much quister.

From southern Hunan, the 03rd Nanking Division has entered Kwangtung. The main body of this Rivision is at Lokchong along the railway, Onicers of this Division came here yesterday to interview Marshal Chiang Kai-shek.
