Mr. Yew rend the report of the year's working of the Institute, which¦ showed that the 198 students of the

examination eonducted by the Institute of Dunk-keepers, Faculty of Secretaries and Institute of Cam- merce, London, out of 86 entrants, for? the examination from the school 78 pares were recorded. He added that he was deeply indebted to Mr. F. G.j Maunder, Mr. L. Hinds, the Rev. Lee Kow-yan, and Mr. K. M. Au, for their presence in supervising the Institute examinations,

Prizes and certificates were then distributed by Mr. Ip Lan-chuen, who said that the art of Commercef was a weapon for conquering in- dividual or social prosperity, and hel would recommend the H. K, Com- mercial Institute, as an excellent source where young men and women could derive their commercial education.

An excellent concert followed the 'distribution.
