B. O. Williams. of the Stoles Steamship Company, driver of private car No. 245, was also summoned for driving without due care and caution along Castle Peak Road on July 4. Defendant admitted the summons.
Acting Trame Sub-Inspector A. R. Brittain stated that on the day in question, defendant was driving along Castle Penk Road near the tenth | milestone towards Taiwan.
