Dr. R. S. Begbie, medical officer in charge of the Victorin Mortuary, said he held a post-morten examination, on the body of the deceased on the morn ing of May 30. Externally he found a bruise over the left eye. Internally ho found a fracture of the skull, and a blood clot over the membrane. Ho also found traces of early lobar pneu- monia in the two lungs. Death was due to fracture of the skull and inter- cranial haemorrhage. It was possi- ble that the fracture of the skull was due to a fall when overcome by falat- ness brought on by early paumenta. The body was identified as that of Ah Chol by Lam Ping.
