Arising out of the formation of a Pibber company, which subsequent ly proved a failure, an action was | brought before the Chief Justice, Sir Atholl MacGregor, at the Suprine Court this morning by Messra, Harry Wicking und 1.id., against Mr. Wong Cheuk-hing, trading as Wong Tong Kee, claiming $1,216.98, being balance due under three promissory notes given for goods ordered.
