Speaking with dignity, but the utmost bitterness, Emperor Haile Selassie to-day indicted Italy and the League of Nations alike when he addressed the League Assembly after Senor Cantillo, the Argentine representa- ive, had eloquently pleaded for non-recognition of erritorial acquisitions obtained by force.

Senor Cantillo pointed out that the Argentine was liged to reconsider her membership in the League if practical universality of the principle of justice were t secured.
