Harry P. Williams, millionaire sportsman-flyer and husband of Marguerite Clark, film star of the silent cra, met instant death with his pilat, Johnny Worthen,, when their plane crashed in a wooded swampland near Harelson, Louisiana. This photo shows wreckage of their plane which crashed after they took off on a flight from Baton Rouge.

LIFEBOATS TRANSFER NORTH SEA PASSENGERS

A lifebeat from the crippled, steamer North Sea pulls to the side of the Coast Guard cutter Alert with a load of passengers taken, from the ship when she went aground 50 miles south of Ketchikan, Alaska, Lifeboats transferred 143 passengers, some of whom wero-taken back to the North Sen when she was refloated.
