Right in the midst of an investigation into the Incomes of San Francisco policemen, three patrolmien were gaoled as alleged burglars. Charges assert they looted-of all places-one of the drug stores owned by Dr. Thomas Shumate, one of the members of the Police Commission. Although they were charged with burglary and released on hall, no allicial complaint was immediately signed.
