"Colleen" which opens to-day at the Queen's Theatre, is a rollicking musi cul comedy with an all-star cast in- cluding Dick Powell, Ruby Keeler, Jack Ouki, Joan Blondel, Hugh Her bert, Louise Fazends and Paul Drapers' The story, written by Robert Lord, is packed with rollicking comedy, manco and a touch of real drama. There is more of a plot than in the the and concerns ordinary musical cfforts of Powell to straighten out the business affairs of his wealthy and cccentric uncle, as well as his love scrapes. Incidentally Dick and Min Keeler go in for xonie romancing and are all tied up in a score of hilarious
