Hundreds of thousands of cinima for soldier's bonus already have been received and checked by the veterans Administration, and more are flowing into Washington with every mail.

The Treasury Department explained that vouchers listing payments to be made will go first to the various Treasury disbursing offices where in each case a check will be written for the amount by which the payment ex- ceeds an oven multiple of $50.

The lists then will be delivered to the federal reserve bank, or in case of the Washington, D.
