PLAYERS TAKING PART IN OPENING OF LAWN

BOWLS SEASON

A record number of players-240—will take part in the open- ing of the lawn bowls season to-morrow. This new figure is established in consequence of the Football Club's decision to field two teams. There is a full programme of first and second divi- sion matches, and with greens looking at their best, and the players well-keyed up,' a particularly good start to the season in indicated.
